I think u went to English or Allopathic Doctor, while using English medicines, you will like you are cured but remember, it will cause more problems than what you had. Eg. If you use medicine for head ache (small problem) you may latter get heart problem (Big problem). Sorry for bad English. So, please stop going to those Doctors, tempted by their Advertisements. Slow and Steady always wins the race, that is use our traditional Ayurveda treatment and home remedies which were taught to generations in India. But, now because of new Education system and Advertisements younger generation (30-40 years back) that is my parents generation, we were neglecting the words of our grand parents, they are the last generation to know the techniques. All the God fiven, Natural medicines were used by Indians are proven to have no big effects in the future. So, first stop using Shampoos, tooth pastes, soaps and all types of chemical and search for God given Natural soaps and pastes available in India like sheekai, kunkudu kai, fenugreek seeds for hair neem leaf powder, rock salt for teeth, sheekai or Sigaraaku for body wash for gents. For ladies turmeric, neem, green gram powder will be useful for body wash. I am using this for the past 4 moths, I am feeling the joy of using Natural Products. Do not buy anything from market even when they say they have added Natural things, the process of making pastes, soaps will never allow natural products to be added. We must understand this that harmful Chemicals are compulsory for the process.
Gonadal steroids ( estrogens and androgens) generally have negative feedback effects on GnRH-1 release at the level of the hypothalamus and at the gonadotropes, reducing their sensitivity to GnRH. Positive feedback by estrogens also occurs in the gonadal axis of female mammals and is responsible for the midcycle surge of LH that stimulates ovulation. Although estrogens inhibit kisspeptin (Kp) release from kiss1 neurons in the ARC, estrogens stimulate Kp release from the Kp neurons in the AVPV. As estrogens' levels gradually increase the positive effect predominates, leading to the LH surge. GABA -secreting neurons that innervate GnRH-1 neurons also can stimulate GnRH-1 release. These GABA neurons also possess ERs and may be responsible for the GnRH-1 surge. Part of the inhibitory action of endorphins on GnRH-1 release is through inhibition of these GABA neurons. Rupture of the ovarian follicle at ovulation causes a drastic reduction in estrogen synthesis and a marked increase in secretion of progesterone by the corpus luteum in the ovary, reinstating a predominantly negative feedback on hypothalamic secretion of GnRH-1.
Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) (referred to as androstanolone or stanolone when used medically) can also be used in place of testosterone as an androgen. The availability of DHT is limited; it is not available in the United States or Canada, for instance, but it is available in certain European countries, including the United Kingdom , France , Spain , Belgium , Italy , and Luxembourg . DHT is available in formulations including topical gel, buccal or sublingual tablets, and as esters in oil for intramuscular injection. Relative to testosterone, and similarly to many synthetic AAS, DHT has the potential advantages of not being locally potentiated in so-called androgenic tissues that express 5α-reductase (as DHT is already 5α-reduced) and of not being aromatized into an estrogen (it is not a substrate for aromatase).
