Are there any natural ways to increase testosterone?? I went to a doctor and got my labs done and he told me my testosterone was in the tank! I'm only 28. He was reluctant to put me on test because he said it shrinks the gonads and can kill my sperm count. Is this true or is he full of shit?
He put me on a combination of T3-T4 for my thyroid. I thought I would lose some weight after that but I haven't. He said I have severe food allergies and that's the reason I'm overweight.
I'm 6'2 310lbs. I have a super disciplined diet. I basically have a no sugar/carb diet and I eat fucking clean. I can't drop fat and it's frustrating at this point.
